It’s not often that a manufacturer of FDA approved Class 1 medical devices with over four decades of operation in Nashville tries something new, but Techno-Aide’s path has been anything but normal. Originally founded in the late 1970’s, Techno-Aide quickly established itself within the medical imaging industry as a premium “One-Stop-Shop” for imaging accessories.

In March of 2020, a tornado ripped through Nashville and destroyed the facility Techno-Aide called home for over four decades along with all equipment and inventory inside. In the months that followed the tornado, Techno-Aide reset and rebuilt the company with updated equipment and processes in a new location in Whites Creek, Tennessee, just 13 minutes from downtown Nashville.

Today, Techno-Aide continues to manufacture, innovate, and sell new products for the medical industry. Techno-Aide’s new 4k fiber laser cutter, aerospace quality press brake machines, and a top-of-the-line 10-gun automated powder coat system now allows Techno-Aide to offer premium metal contracting and fabrication services to the Middle Tennessee market.
